Lisa Rahon is the educational designer behind the DeMarxification program and the author of its groundbreaking visual-learning workbook. With a decades-long career as an art director and graphic designer, she brings expertise in visual communication—turning complex ideas into simple, unforgettable formulas.

A lifelong creative, Lisa has also been a B&B owner, an alternative rock singer-songwriter, a roller-girl, and a Hurricane Katrina evacuee who lived through both the chaos and the rebuilding that followed. Born in Canonsburg (PA), she has called Pittsburgh, Boston, New Orleans and St. Petersburg (FL) home, and now lives in Bangor (ME), with her husband, John, and their boxer-mix, Boo-Boo.
